Refund and Cancellation Policy

We do not offer returns, refunds or order cancellations. All sales are final. Slime textures and fragrances are preferential and we therefore cannot refund items based on personal preferences either.

Any sort of mishandling of our product after its delivery is solely the responsibility of the buyer and does not qualify for return/exchange.
